Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cincinnati follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. These people are literally the nicest people you will ever meet. They've gone above and beyond for me during this time in my life where I'm at my lowest. Every single person is nice there, even down to the security guard! The world could take a few pointers from the way this place conducts itself: efficiently, kindly, intelligently, generously, and even willing to forgive mistakes. I'd personally thank each one of them by name if there was enough space to do it. You guys are just amazing. π

I can not express how wonderful this place is. They are extremely organized and professional. Amazing staff. Being a patient here was the best experience Iβve ever received from a doctors office. I wish I could use insurance and continue to go here. They are honestly better than the doctors I have now with insurance! This facility should be used to demonstrate how a doctors office SHOULD be.

They provide such a great and valuable service to the community. I don't have words to describe how grateful I am for the work they have done and continue to do! Also the staff members are such pleasant and kind people to engage with. Thank you!

Honestly, this place is amazing. My family member attends this facility and they've helped her tremendously. The staff is wonderful, friendly, kind, and passionate. As for those of you who are being seen here for FREE, do not get an attitude with the staff. Don't be nasty, rude, or anything!!! Be glad you're getting help for FREE. Learn some respect for those who're here trying to help you.

I love that thereβs a free health care center around! I personally believe that healthcare should be offered at affordable/no cost. Not only that, the staff here go above and beyond! They actually listen to you and make sure you get the help you need instead of sending you away with a βyouβre just fineβ. Also, my veins are really hard to find, and I donβt do well with blood work. They have a nurse named sandy whoβs really good with making sure Iβm calm and donβt pass out, and sheβs amazing with being able to find my veins without missing! Iβve recommended this place to so many friends.

They were condescending and basically refused to help because I don't have insurance. Told me to take aleve and go to the free clinic. I only went here because I was admitted to the ER with severe pain, then was recommended to go to HARP. I had to leave the clinic in tears...
